Marth Munro (Associate Instructor) has an educational praxis and research focus in Somatic Pedagogies and Practices within Performing Arts that honour the South African multicultural/lingual context within Higher Education. She is certified as a Lessac Kinesensics Master Teacher, a Laban/Bartenieff Movement Analyst, a Sound Therapist, and as a certified Hatha Yoga teacher. She is registered as a Master Somatic Movement Educator (ISMETA). She serves as Professor Extraordinaire in the School of the Arts: Drama, University of Pretoria, South Africa contributing to post-graduate research supervision in Embodied Performance Praxis. She actively contributes to somatic team research and creative projects, searching for an inclusive aesthesis and praxis.
